All you have to do to use these levels is put the level files (.lev) in the same directory as Liero. Once you have started Liero, go to the options menu and select the level option. You will be presented with a list a levels to choose from. Enjoy! If you would like to submit a new level to this site, please send it to liero@kgivler.com.

Personally I found that many of the levels were not very playable. The artwork is nice, but it makes for good looking levels that lack in playablity.
